You can install the extension from here -Layerpath Chrome Extension

• How to create a tour?

Click the Layerpath extension from the webpage that you would like to create a tour and    click start recording. Or , you can go to Layerpath dashboard and upload your images from your library or computer to create a tour.

• Can you upload power point presentations and PDF’s to my tour and Guide?

No as of now you cannot upload PPT or PDF. This is in our Roadmap.

• Does Layerpath provide folders to segregate the projects?

Yes, the Playlist feature will help you structure all your project in separate folder view for easy access.

• Does Layerpath provide any custom integrations with other platforms?

Yes, you can customize the design of your demo by changing its colors, fonts and themes to match your branding. We also have Brandkit to help you preset your brand’s theme which can be used across all projects.

• What are the different export options that Layerpath provides?

In Layerpath, you can export and download your projects as either a GIF or a video.

• How do I share my Brand Kit with my team?

Once you invite your teammates to your workspace, they will gain access to, and be able to create demos using, your Brand Kit.

• Would the changes made in the Brand Kit reflect in all of my projects?

No, changes made to the Brand Kit will not impact existing products. These changes will only apply to new projects.

• Can I use multiple lead capture forms in a single demo?

No, you cannot embed multiple forms at different points in your demo to capture leads at various stages of the viewer's journey. Instead, you can add only one at the start of your demos.

• Can my prospects skip this lead capture form?

Yes, users can skip the form only if you enable the "Skip Button" option in edit mode. By default, it is disabled.

• Can I customize the attributes collected in form submission?

Yes, you can choose from the preset attributes to either "show" or "hide" them.

• What are all the attributes does Layerpath captures in a form?

You can capture your prospect's name, email address, phone number, designation and feedback.

• Can I add multimedia elements to the projects?

Yes, you can add images and videos from your computer to make the demos more interactive and engaging.

• Does Layerpath provide a Custom domain option?

Yes, This feature is available in the Growth Plan.

A project is a combination of Tour, guide and video.

• How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade to a higher plan by selecting the required plan from our pricing page.

• What happens when I downgrade my account from a growth plan to a professional plan?

Once you downgrade from the Growth Plan to the Professional Plan, you will lose access to features available in the Growth Plan. This includes workspaces, custom domains, and assigning roles and permissions.

• Can we add team members in the workspace?

Yes, you can invite team members to your workspace based on the licensing tier you are in.

• Does Layerpath provide unlimited team members

• I am on the free plan and have used up all my 3 free demos. Can I edit my demos and track analytics of the demo visitors?

Yes, you can edit your existing demos and view their analytics. While you cannot create new projects, you can still monitor performance and make updates to your current demos.
