Plans and billing
See your workspace's plan and usage in Settings, upgrade to Pro, talk to sales about Team or Enterprise, or move to Free. Prices live on the pricing page.
Where to find it
Go to Settings > Plan. Only Owners and Admins can open it. The plan's name also shows under the workspace name at the top of the sidebar. On Free, Upgrade at the top of Home opens this tab.
For prices and what each plan includes, see the pricing page. Free allows up to 3 published projects at a time. On Free, a card near the bottom of the sidebar shows how many are published, and its Upgrade opens this tab.
Share links from a Free workspace show a Get Layerpath button at the top of the page. Other plans don't show it.
What you see on the Plan tab

Change your plan
To upgrade to Pro:
- Go to Settings > Plan.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly.
- On the Pro card, select Start Pro. A checkout window opens.
- Finish checkout in that window. The page reloads with your new plan.
For Team or Enterprise, select Talk to sales on the plan's card. It opens a page to book a call with Layerpath.
Add seats on Pro
To add seats on Pro:
- Go to Settings > Plan.
- On the Pro card, under Extra creators, select the plus icon once for each seat to add. Current plan changes to Update creators.
- Select Update creators. A checkout window opens.
- Finish checkout in that window. The page reloads.
The Extra creators number can't go below the extra seats you already pay for. To pay for fewer, email support@layerpath.com. When every seat is in use, Add extra creators under Editor seats takes you to the Pro card with one more seat selected. To start Pro with extra seats, set Extra creators before you select Start Pro.
Move to Free
To move to Free:
- Go to Settings > Plan.
- Select Downgrade plan. You'll see Downgrade to Free?, or Choose published projects if more than 3 projects are published.
- If you see Choose published projects, keep up to 3 projects turned on and turn off the rest.
- Select Downgrade to Free. You'll see a message that starts with "Cancellation scheduled" and gives the date your workspace moves to Free.
The window says "Your subscription ends at the end of this billing period. You keep paid access until then." In Choose published projects, it says to "Turn off the ones to unpublish when the plan ends." To stay on your plan, select Keep subscription instead.
